Co-curriculum
I want to take some time with you all today to step back on the financial update side and provide some context on where the college is financially and how that influences on the decision making.

The key message is that we are doing well, but there are many important caution
environmental scan team
Let me begin by emphasizing the core of who we are

• traditional age
• undergraduate
• comprehensive
• civil engagement, liberal arts

First of all, second, we collectively,are all  working very hard to buck the trend
I want to pause a second on this..put everything in the context

Graduate program
adult degree completion programs; research& capital grants; new majors; shimer great books school; online and summer programs
Why we should have a sense of urgency

different from "merger"
assess circle: faculty; curriculum pategogy
I have a very clear upon the "bonds"
