Interview Questions

  1. The "bottom line" questions: if we hire you, what is the advantage to North Central?
  2. In this search, we seek to hire someone with areas of special knowledge, and yet we expect that person to teach within the structure of a traditional C undergraduate program. What types of general cultural or  literature course would you be prepared to teach in Spanish at NCC ?
  3. What changes would you like to see implemented to our curriculum over the next three years or so?
  4. How would you like to take advantage of our Dterm schedule?
  5. What is the best use of technology for language learning
  6. Is there any legal reason that would limit your ability to begin work at NCC on..
  7. Would relocating to the Chicago area present any particular challenge for you?
  8. If I overheard your students talking about how you teach, what would I hear them say?
