  • What are some challenges you face when trying to recruit and retain members?
  • What are some practical thinsg we can do to help our organizations in recruiting and retaining members?

  • Workshop on recruiting and retention for officers: Tuesday week 5 at Noon
  • Organization Re-registration due  by Friday Week 10
  • New Officers: Conduct an Election early on in spring term (by week 6) to ensure a smooth transition between officers
Where to start recruiting on campus
activities fair in the fall: bring a sign-up sheet and follow up with the students that show interest
How to be a sophomore (in winter)
WAC Lobby Table or tables at popular event (football game, Mr. NCC)
Host a WAC weekend and have your group talk to attendees
Online
Classroom: plug it in educational piece

How do we tretain people? Through PRIDE in our organization
